Sauna nakedness
People are often naked in saunas, but it has still nothing to do with sex.
Of course you can have sex in sauna if you want , but a temperature of 80 degrees Celcius is not that comfortable for any physical activity.
Nakedness
Mixed saunas are relatively common, and clothing is very optional. But as I said, in the most cases it has nothing to do with sex.
Bathing suits or towels don't really belong into the sauna, but in the public saunas it's most appropriate to use them. Beeing totaly naked could bother some people who aren't used to it.
But if you are there with your friends, it's totaly normal to be naked.

Saunas and sex
Saunas and sex
In some sex clubs are saunas, where customers pay an entrance fee and may engage in sexual activity, but do not have to pay for sexual services;
These clubs may be gay, lesbian, bisexual clubs or straight sex clubs.
There are also adult saunas wich have small rooms available; sexual activity may or may not be restricted to these rooms.
In many adult only saunas sexual activity inside the sauna is permitted

Saunas
A sauna is a small room designed as a place to experience extreme heat sessions. These sessions can be dry or wet. It is used for bathing as well as for mental and physical relaxation.
To some people a hot sauna (around 80 degrees Celsius) may looks like a cruel punishment, but actually it is a very pleasant experience.
To enter the sauna you only need a towel and some time time.
Start with a shower, then enter the sauna for around 10 minutes. When you've had enough, take a refreshing shower, cool off and repeat the process few times.
Entering sauna is fun, healthy and also entirely safe.
